In 2025 Heather Schmidt Bresnahan ran for a seat in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Fifth Influence authored the digital strategy and produced all paid digital creative assets inclusive of search, Meta carousel and video ads, and over-the-internet (OTT) television ads. We trafficked the digital campaign, managed & optimized it throughout, and reported on KPIs weekly. We were also responsible in developing print and literature mail pieces during the campaign.

Thanks in part to our digital marketing strategy and efforts Heather won the democratic primary in May 2025.
